- Prices include: gas, electricity, hot and cold water, parking and swimming pool.
- Leaning and towels 10 E for person.
- Final cleaning 40 E.
- Additional price: heating according to amounted consumed
- Other charges are not requested to our guests.
- The pets are not allowed.
- The prices include: rent of a 4 bed flat for one week – arrival on Saturday after 15,30, departure the following Saturday within 9,00 AM
- The money of 150 E at the arrival which will be given back at the departure if there won’t be damages.

 

Notes for payment of rental:

We receive only payments through banking discount on checking account.
You may pay 50% when you confirm your stay (this amount is not repayable).
You have to pay the remaining 50% during your stay.
